By accessing and using the Color Noodle website and app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of the Service
Color Noodle is designed for children ages 2–10. Parents and guardians are responsible for creating and managing their child's account. You agree to use the service only for its intended educational and creative purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Accounts
Parents or legal guardians must create and maintain accounts on behalf of their children. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content & Ownership
All content provided by Color Noodle — including coloring pages, activities, illustrations, and learning materials — is owned by Color Noodle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Artwork created by your child within the app remains your child's content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the service. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
No Child-to-Child Communication
Color Noodle does not provide any features for children to communicate with other users. The platform is designed as a safe, individual learning environment.
Subscriptions & Fees
Details regarding subscription plans and pricing will be provided upon launch. By subscribing, you agree to the fees and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled at any time.
Disclaimers
Color Noodle is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to provide a high-quality educational experience, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Noodle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
