Information We Collect

Color Noodle collects information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and your child's age range when you join the launch list. When the app launches, we will collect limited usage data necessary to provide the service, including activity progress, achievements, and artwork created within the app.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you about updates and launches, to personalize your child's learning experience, and to display learning progress in the parent dashboard. We do not use personal information to show targeted advertisements.

Children's Privacy

Color Noodle is designed for children ages 2–10. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA. We do not knowingly collect more personal information than is necessary to provide the service. Parents can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time.

No Child-to-Child Messaging

Color Noodle does not include any social messaging features between children. There is no chat, no sharing of personal information, and no way for children to communicate with other users through the platform.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services for analytics, email delivery, and app infrastructure. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we only share information necessary to provide these services.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. For children's data, parents or legal guardians may exercise these rights on behalf of their child. Contact us to make any such request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, via email.
